25 years ago three professionals with exceptional organizational capacities in the event managing sector, Giovanna Gattamelata, Ambra Folonari and Chicca Lami, founded studioGi, a dynamic business reality in continuous evolution that focuses on congress organization from the small convention to the management of large scale events and incentives.
The headquarters are situated in Milan. In 1992 a second office was opened in Brescia and, following the success, in 1997 a third one opened in Padua.
For studioGi organizing an event for 2000 people, accompanying a group on the other hemisphere, planning and organizing a business reward trip always requires the same amount of care and focus to details. This is thanks to the experience of the three founders who have always operated in the event sector on a national and international base.
To complete the services offered to our Clients, studioGi opened a ‘RoundTrip’ division IATA agency to issue directly the air tickets. The outstanding knowledge of the products, the careful selection of our suppliers, the strong collaboration with our back-office, the long lasting experience in the sector and, furthermost, the love and passion for this job enables our company to place itself on the competitive market being one of the most cost efficient you can find.
Particular attention is dedicated to the selection of new locations, that the 3 founders research constantly during the many inspection trips they do around the world, and to new technological supports and multimedia techniques.
